Kassel Viennese Style Wall Clock

A Kassel Viennese style wall clock. The clock features an elegant style with a cherry finish on select hardwoods and veneers with a broken arch pediment bonnet with a wood urn finial. The clock has turned side columns with corner blocks and a glass front door with gilded trim that displays a brass bezel surrounding a white metal face with black Roman numerals and hands, two brass key arbors and a brass ring on the center. Other features of the clock include a brass pendulum, a 31-day movement, chimes on the half and the hour, a winding key and the clock finishes with a tapered base that is accented with wood orb finials and a hook for hanging on the verso. The clock is marked ‘Kassel’ on the face.
