An oil painting on academy board of a pastoral scene. This work, rendered in a palette of soft, chalky hues, features well-blended and painterly brushstrokes. Depicted is a lush landscape with rolling hills to the distance and cattle grazing near the edge of a reflective creek. There is no visible artist signature. The painting is housed in a wood and gesso frame with leaf motif molding and a metal hanging wire to the verso.
