The street legal golf cart has a clean, battery operated motor with 8 × 6 Trojan batteries housed beneath the rear seat and an on-board Eagle Performance 4818 charger, 10’ wheels, acrylic windshield with wiper blade, turn signals, reverse alarm, seat belts, front-facing back seat, extended roof, rear view mirror, wood grain dashboard, emergency brake, brake lights, and hand grips. The cart has an attached metal frame equipped with hinged doors and metal panels suitable for an advertising wrap package. The cart is currently wrapped with an advertising package for OrthoCarolina that is easily removable.

Cashier’s checks take up to 24 hours to clear and all wire transfers must be made through EBTH Headquarters prior to EBTH releasing any vehicles. EBTH will not accept credit card payment for motor vehicles at any time. Additionally, EBTH does not warrant condition of vehicles. Condition stated is that of owner. Please bring mechanic to preview for personal assessment. Lastly, the winning bidder is advised to check with their DMV / BMV to ensure that all necessary paperwork, tags, title transfer, et cetera are complete before the motor vehicle is removed from the premises.

- consistent with regular outdoor use; markings and some light rust to the metals, marks and wear to the vinyl seating; minor fluid leak to the underside; rear view mirror needs to be reattached.
