A Neoclassical style mantel clock. This spring-driven clock features a round black clock face under glass with brass-toned Roman numeral hour markers, hands, and framing. It is set in in beaded and acanthus motif framing flanked by scrolled acanthus handles with Classical style figural heads, topped with a triple-pinecone finial, and stands on four metal paw feet. This piece is marked ‘C.A.’ to its underside and does not include a winding key.
