This well-rendered painting depicts an older gentleman in full camouflaged uniform kneeling with one bent leg on a dark hillside, looking up towards the darkened purple sky. A rosary is seen slung around his kneecap. To the lower left corner is a painted artist signature. The painting is presented in a gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
