A vintage hand-knotted Persian Malayer Sarouk carpet runner. This rug features a central medallion in a palette of cream, blue and khaki over a highly decorated red field. It has a compound border in a coordinating color scheme with one natural warp fringed end and one selvedge end. It has a tag on the underside reading ‘Made in Iran’.
