Fitz and Floyd Majolica Fish Platter

A Fitz and Floyd majolica platter. This oval platter displays a central embossed fish in hues of grey and white against a green leaf motif ground accented with a light blue border decorated with a basket weave pattern. The underside bears the maker’s mark indicating production in 1993. This piece was adapted from 19th century designs.

- gentle surface wear consistent with use; scuffs to the underside.
