Antique Japanese Arita Ware Dish
Item Details
An antique Japanese Meiji period (1868-1912) Arita ware dish. The center of the piece features a slightly abstracted landscape with soaring cliffs and stylized clouds highlighted with gold-tone glaze. The outer rim is delicately decorated with hexagonal geometric and floral motifs. The underside bears a single character mark, possibly reading ‘Ao’ (青).
