A miniature etching on paper titled Home of Albert Chenier, Paris, created circa 1930 by listed artist and printmaker Morris Henry Hobbs (American, 1892 – 1967). The piece depicts a mid-century Parisian street scene rendered in black lines against a cream ground. The work is signed in graphite to the lower right and titled to the lower left margin. It is presented under glass and woven matting in a decorative wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

- to fair; toning, mat burn and discoloration present; discoloration and surface wear to woven matting; nicks, edge wear and scratches to frame; tears to frame’s backing paper.
