Chinese Oval Coffee Table with Six Stools
Item Details
A Chinese coffee table with six low stools. The oval table top has been heavily embellished with a scene of figures in a garden landscape worked in pieces of cut and carved shell and decorated with painted details. The table has six cabriole legs ending in animal paw feet. The apron is heavily carved with more scenes depicting figures in landscapes as well as the faces of demons. Accompanying the table are six low stools with cabriole legs and matching carved aprons.
