Mid Century Homer Laughlin and Goodfriend Porcelain Serveware
Item Details
A pairing of mid century porcelain serveware featuring a Homer Laughlin Karol China serving bowl in the Golden Fleece pattern. The vintage bowl offers an all-over gilt floral design with pierced bar handles and a footed base. It was made in the USA and is marked ‘Eggshell Georgian/Homer Laughlin/G49N6’ to the underside. Also included are five Goodfriend spreaders with porcelain flower bud handles that rest in a floriform holder with gilt accents. The pieces were made in Spain and are marked ‘Goodfriend.’
Condition
- minor markings throughout; missing one spreading knife; wear and tarnish to blades; marks to undersides; scratches to gilding.
