A circa 1950s color etching on paper by artist Leopold Hofmann (Austrian, 1892 – 1975). The piece depicts historic buildings and a cobblestone path in a European cityscape, rendered in muted shades of yellow, green, brown and blue. The work is signed in graphite to the lower right and inscribed ‘Orig. Rad.’ to the lower left. It is presented under glass in a wooden frame with green and gold tone finish, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- uneven toning and discoloration to print; edge wear, nicks and scratches to frame.
