This thoughtfully-rendered piece depicts a large white house lined by a flower garden and surrounded by large leafy trees, an expansive green lawn standing between the building and the viewer. This work is signed ‘J. Merrick Maddux’ toward the center of its right edge and is double-matted behind glass in a gold tone wooden frame with a hanging wire to its verso.
