Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian accent rug. This wool rug features a central scalloped medallion with palmettes in a palette of blue, ivory, pink, sage, and red, against a red field with ivory carnations. It has ivory corner treatments of serrated leaves and flowers with a meandering floral main border. Selvedges are overcast, the rug finishing at each end with short cotton warp fringe. Unlabeled.
