Item Details
A vintage central Asian Tribal Nomadic storage bag /long rug. This rug has been woven in a palette of maroon, pink, tangerine, forest green, ivory, navy, black and grey. It features mirrored designs with serrated edges and geometric fillers framed by animal heads in alternating colors to the front. The back offers variegated hues of brown attached by striped stitching. This piece was originally woven as a storage bag with overcast selvedges. The rug finishing with short vatiegated fringe at each end. Unlabeled.
