1900 Alexander Clark Sterling Silver Capped Glass Bottle

Item Details

A sterling silver capped glass bottle from 1900 by London maker Alexander Clark. This piece features a cylindrical glass well with faceted sides, covered by a dome cap with a personalized engraving to the top. It is marked to the interior of the cap, ‘Ale…..lark Maker London 136 Fenchurch St’ below an ‘A.C’ maker’s mark and a lion passant sterling mark. The silver rim is also stamped with the ‘A.C’ maker’s mark alongside three hallmarks for sterling, 1900, and London.

Condition

- minor to mild surface wear including marks, scratches, and minimal tarnishing; denting on the cap; personalized engraving on the top of the cap.
