A power-loomed Persian-style room sized rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of midnight blue, ivory, gold, olive, rust, and powder blue. The midnight blue colored field features an ornate design of scrolling vine-work with palmettes, floral sprays, and lancette leaves. Framing the field is an ivory grounded main stylized herati border, as well as floral meander guard borders. Finishing this rug are serged edges and an applied fringe to the ends.
