A late 20th-century limited edition lithograph with watercolor embellishments by listed artist Ann Irvine (American, 20th century). The piece depicts a Louisiana neighborhood of quaint homes accented with palm trees, picket fences and colorful foliage under yellow skies. The work is signed both in hand and in plate to the lower left and numbered as 123 out of an edition of 500. It is presented under glass in a gold tone metal frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
