An oil painting on paper by listed artist Alex F. Yaworski (1907 – 1997), titled Old Gross Pointe Lighthouse. This Impressionist style painting depicts tall, barren trees with forking branches standing proudly against a grassy plot of land, which is situated near shacks and lodges with the titular lighthouse obscured in the distance near gathered people. To the lower right corner is a painted artist signature. The painting is presented under acrylic glass in a stained wooden frame beneath matting with a wire hanger and handwritten information regarding the work to the verso.

Condition

- minor scuffing to the finish on the frame; some dust to the frame and glass.
