Vintage Kaiser "Luxor" Porcelain Vase

Item Details

A Kaiser Luxor porcelain vase. The vase is comprised of a rolled rim, wide cylindrical neck, and stout globular body on a circular base. The exterior features a scrolling Egyptian style motif to the neck, shoulder, and base, as well as hand-painted and printed depictions of pharaohs racing chariots and hunting to the circumference of the body. The verso is marked ‘Kaiser W. Germany, Luxor, …portraying scenes from the days of the ancient pharaoes’.

Condition

- slight wear and residue on underside, spotting to interior of mouth, surface scratches present throughout.
