An oil painting on canvas by listed British artist David Ronald. This cityscape depicts a circa 19th century European town with figures congregating near a canal. The work is signed in the lower right. It is presented in a gold tone wood and gesso frame with molded decorative motifs. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.

- cracks to molding of frame; abrasions with paint loss to corners of frame.
