Gorham "Chantilly" Silver Plate Coffee and Tea Service
Item Details
A Gorham Chantilly four-piece silver plate coffee and tea service set. The set includes a teapot, a coffee pot, a creamer and a covered sugar bowl. The pattern features double scrolled handles with scrolled acanthus leaf thumb rests and a repousse scrolled design on the body. The coffee pot and the teapot have brown insulators on the handles. The service set comes with a Wm. Rogers round tray with a gadrooned band around the rim and an engraved scrolled acanthus leaf design in the center. Each piece bears the maker’s mark on the bases.
