A pair of Chinese papercuttings with a gouache painting on a dried peepal leaf. The cut paper pieces each depict a woman in flowing robes, while the painting features a bearded man holding a smiling child in his arms. The painting has a signature seal toward its lower right and is matted under glass in a black frame while the cuttings are centered on pinkish grounds in black frames, all without hardware for hanging.

Condition

- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; minor scratches to frames.
