An oil painting on wood panel by German artist Rudolf Ritter Von Reichl (1881 – 1915). This painting depicts a man with a white beard sitting in a chair reading a newspaper. The painting is signed by hand to the lower right under the mat and is housed in a plastic frame under an oval-shaped mat. The painting is stamped to the verso ‘Made in Austria.’

- item loose in frame; some abrasions to edges of painting with paint loss particularly near signature; marks and scratches to frame.
