French Provincial Style Commode Chest
Item Details
A vintage French Provincial style dresser by Henredon, circa 1960. The custom-painted dresser features a rectangular top with a cream faux marble finish and a serpentine front edge. The top overhangs a pale blue painted body with three dovetailed drawers with ornate carved designs highlighted in cream and painted metal knobs. The chest rests on Louis XV style cabriole legs with whorl feet. It marked ‘Henredon – Four Centuries’ to the interior of a drawer.
