A vintage hand-knotted Caucasian Lesghi wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of clementine, cranberry, slate, ivory, wheat, and black. The clementine hued field features three large Lesghi star medallions, along with rosettes, and quatrefoil floral motifs. Framing the field is a main carnation meander border, and a pair of checked minor borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
