A mixed media painting signed and dated ‘L. Ratajczyk 90’ and titled Polish Solidarity. This painterly work depicts a group of clown-like figures on what appears to be a makeshift raft, a hazy expanse of sky and water behind them. The piece is signed to its lower right and is mounted under glass in a wooden frame with a hanging wire to its verso.

Condition

- some wear to edges of painting; debris and marks to backing; some marks and wear throughout frame; bracket missing to lower right corner of verso.
