An assortment of five photographs of downtown Dayton, Ohio by listed artist Don Dover (American, 20th century), circa mid 20th century. The works depict views of the city, the Miami River, the Biltmore Hotel, and more. All photographs are presented loose except for a diptych mounted to black composite board.
Don Dover was a commercial photographer for many years prior to taking over publication of Extra 2200 South.
Condition
- minor curling to the loose photographs; dust, dirt, and other discolorations to the black composite board of the largest photograph; holes drilled into upper left and upper right of composite board.
Dimensions
- measures the overall size of the largest photograph; the loose photographs all measure approximately 14" W x 11" H.
