A collection of vintage railroad-themed photography and ephemera, most dating from the 1950s-1970s. Featured are various black and white photographs depicting American locomotive engines and train cars. The photos are unsigned and presented unframed. Additionally included, various ephemera featuring 1909 railroad shares certificates, annual reports, track charts and more. All items are unframed, presented within three paper folders.

These images were taken by Don or Dan Dover, or given by fans to be used as source, reference, or research material by the Dovers for their use in Extra2200 South, a well-respected rail fan magazine the family published from 1968 into the early 1990s.

Condition

- varying wear along the edges and corners of photographs and documents; toning and minor warping throughout photographs and vintage ephemera.
