A vintage Chinese hand embroidered white silk satin jacket. This jacket is trimmed in black satin to the shoulders, slit cuffs, part of the placket, the hems and side slits. It features a mandarin collar and loop and button closures. The body is hand embroidered in roundels featuring vignettes with traditionally dressed figures surrounded by peonies, chrysanthemums, cherry blossoms, fish and ducks. The black trim is embroidered in a floral arabesque design.
