Six Caroline Williams Wedgwood Plates and Framed Offset Lithograph

A collection of six Wedgwood plates and one framed offset lithograph after drawings by Caroline Williams (1945-1988). The framed art piece depicts Cincinnati’s Union Terminal and is housed in matching matting and a simple metal frame. Each plate features a scalloped edged and floral motif with black transfer ware images of drawings by Cincinnati artist Caroline Williams and were produced by Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston, made in England. They were offered exclusively by Newstedt Loring Andrews in Cincinnati. Each is marked to the underside with the plate title, description of the landmark, maker’s marks and the statement that the plates are Limited Editions. Additional Caroline WIlliams’ plates are available, item 18CIN091-059. Also included is one Caroline Williams framed offset lithograph depicting Cincinnati’s Union Terminal.
