Item Details
A vintage hand-knotted Persian Seneh Bijar carpet runner. This rug is featured in an all-over simplified herati pattern worked in a palette of moss teal, pink, ivory, navy and violet. The field is framed by a solid red border and a wide primary border with bold rectilinear geometric herati designs comprised of repeating palmettes. Selvedges are overcast in red, finishing with short ivory fringe at either end. Labeled with a tag to the verso indicating country of origin.
