1953 Gorham Paul Revere Style Sterling Silver Trophy Bowl
Item Details
A Paul Revere style sterling silver trophy bowl from 1953 by Gorham. This piece features a rounded well with flared rim, resting on a rounded base. The bowl has a personalized engraving to the side that reads, ‘1953 Fourth Prize-Black and White Fourth Inter Service Photography Context S/Sgt Donald V. Dover, USAF’. The underside is marked ‘Gorham Sterling 471’ along with the three pseudo hallmarks and the 1953 date mark. The approximate weight is 11.235 ozt.
