Vintage Eight and Twelve Gallon Stoneware Ransbottom Crocks and Sad Iron
Item Details
A collection of vintage stoneware Robinson Ransbottom crocks. One features the blue crown stamp of Robinson Ransbottom, with the number 8 and the second a crown stamp with the number 12. Each features a wide rim and a flared body with a light beige finish on the underside. There are no apparent makers marks. The iron is made of black iron and hallmarked with the raised letters ‘H, A, 7, Watkins NY.’
Condition
- missing paint, wear to rims and throughout, consistent with age and use.
