A vintage mahogany slant front secretary chest. The piece features a top and slant front writing surface with incised details and a fitted interior including two drawers, letter box and pigeon hole storage. The front has four drawers with keyhole escutcheons and round wooden pulls. The case stands on square tapered legs and includes a skeleton key with tassel.

- to fair: small chips in veneers; finish wear, scratches and nicks consistent with age and use; cracks on drawer bottom interior panels.
