Chinese "Rose Medallion" Porcelain Tableware
Item Details
A group of fourteen vintage Chinese Rose Medallion porcelain tableware including six plates, a serving bowl, three cups, three saucers, and scalloped rimmed footed bowl. Each piece displays a central floral design and alternating panels of garden scenes and scenes of figures performing everyday activities surrounded by a floral border with gilt trim. The plates are stamped with a red four character mark to the underside, while the remaining pieces are marked ‘Decorated in Hong Kong’.
Condition
-to fair: minor wear and marks throughout; slight loss of painted surfaces; signs of wear are consistent with use.
