An antique Seth Thomas mantel clock. The clock is constructed of hardwood with a richly striated, polished mahogany veneer, featuring simple, classic lines, with a beveled top, and straight sides. The clock dial is ivory toned, with black Arabic numerals and hands, is marked “Seth Thomas – Manufactured in the United States of America” and sits behind a glass and brass bezel. A wood panel on the back has a simple latch to access the clock workings and the instructions for the clock are on a label pasted to the outside of the back panel. The clockworks is marked with the number “89 C” and is marked “Made in U.S. America”.
