An original abstract oil painting on canvas Updraft by Cincinnati based contemporary artist Sarah Brown. This abstract painting is composed of fields of broken color in blue, pink, and yellow, over an orange ground. The artist has used a heavy application of textural media across the painting surface. Brown studied Fine Arts and Art History at the University of Hartford and Hartford Art School. Her work has been accepted to and received awards at several group and solo shows and is currently on display in public and private collections throughout the country. Sarah is now a resident of Cincinnati and currently works from her studio at the Pendleton Art Center.
