An original abstract acrylic painting Sand Meets Sky by Cincinnati based contemporary artist Sarah Brown. This painting depicts opposing fields of gold and blue color bisected with red and black broken color. The artist has used a heavy application of media, creating an additional textural element. Brown studied Fine Arts and Art History at the University of Hartford and Hartford Art School. Her work has been accepted to and received awards at several group and solo shows and is currently on display in public and private collections throughout the country. Sarah is now a resident of Cincinnati and currently works from her studio at the Pendleton Art Center.
