Salvador Dali Wood Engraving "Hell Canto 5"

A wood engraving titled Hell Canto 5, also known as Minos, by influential Spanish Surrealist Salvador Dali (1904-1989). This color woodblock print depicts an abstracted human figure seated on a geometrically faceted stone. The figure has one exceptionally long leg and arm that extend back toward a red horizon line, where three more figures are found. The work is signed in-plate by Dali in the lower center of the image. It is presented loose, unframed.

Condition
- slight discoloration and wear to edges of page; graphite writing to verso; discoloration to to center of verso.
