A hand-knotted Pakistani Bokhara area rug. This wool rug features five pair of elephant’s foot guls along with Chemche guls worked in ice blue, white and black over a ruby red field. Framing the field are borders filled with tiny florests and box flower heads. Finishing with overcast selvedges and an elem panel with diamond motifs and hooked devices at each end along with a kilim skirt and knotted ivory fringe. Unlabeled.
