Sewall of Kennebunk, Maine, for William & Daniel Treadwell of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, in 1804. Lamé Fleury (Brussels: Société Belge de Librairie, Etc., 1837), The Military Drummer by Carl E. Gardner (New York: Carl Fischer, Inc., c. 1918), a late-nineteenth-century American edition of Twenty Years After by Alexander [sic] Dumas (New York: F. M.
