A color lithograph on paper by an anonymous artist. This print depicts the upper stories and rooflines of Italianate style row houses, viewed from atop a building across the street. It is unsigned and presented behind a mat in a wood frame with gold tone metal accents and wire to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- discoloration throughout the mat; nicks and scratches around the frame; gold accent pieces on top of the dark wood frame do not fit evenly in the corner joints.
