An oil painting on board signed ‘Pat Hopper.’ This piece depicts a wide street in the center of a town with figures in old-fashioned dress on the sidewalks and a horse-drawn carriage in the center. It is signed and dated 1962 to the lower right and presented in a wood and gold tone frame with eye hooks to the verso for hanging.
