Item Details
A vintage hand mirror and hairbrush set by Hope Silver Co. of G.W. Parks Co. in Providence, Rhode Island (active c.1910s – 1920s). These matching pieces feature an Art Nouveau inspired pattern to the frames and handles, depicting scrolled foliage, leaves, and daisies. The mirror handle is stamped, ‘Quadruple Plate’ and the brush handle is marked, ‘[anchor] Hope Silver Co’.
Condition
- surface wear including scratches, tarnish, and some areas of rust; wear and some discoloration to bristles.
