An early 20th century 14K yellow gold brooch in the shape of the Greek tsarouchia shoe worn by the Evzones of the Greek Presidential Guard. The shoe has diamonds set to the top, synthetic rubies set to the body, and synthetic sapphires all covering the pompon.
