A collection of mineral and fossil specimens. This collection of five specimens features a specimen that displays euhedral blue crystals of the mineral kyanite with a tabular crystal habit in a white host rock. Also included is a specimen of the Devonian spiriferid brachiopod Spirifer macropleura that was collected in Nova Scotia (New Scotland), a specimen of the lead sulfide mineral galena in a quartz host rock, a specimen of rhodonite and a specimen of hornblendite.
