Item Details

A pair of contemporary cast iron still banks. This selection represents an English ‘bobby’ policeman and sitting pig or hog figural banks. Both are constructed of cast iron and stand on their own. The English ‘bobby’ policeman has detailed facial characteristics and is dressed in a full navy blue uniform. He is holding his billy club in one hand with coin slot on the backside. Advertising ‘Hobart’ with the date of 1977, the pig’s bank coin slot is located on the top area by the ears.
