Item Details
An oil painting on board titled La Colere du Poulpe by French artist Rene Lombard (born 1939). This abstract piece presents curvilinear, sickle-shaped and rectangular forms in a warm color palette against a pale ground. The work is signed by hand to the lower left and dated ‘05. It is presented in a wood frame without glass, wired to hang with the artist’s biography to the verso.

- to fair; surface scrape to upper right area of painting; paint loss throughout; chips and wear to edges and corners of frame; scratches and paint loss to frame.
