Vintage J & G Meakin "Monarch Maroon" Earthenware Soup Bowls
Item Details
A set of six J & G Meakin Monarch Maroon earthenware soup bowls, produced between 1940-1963. Each soup bowl has a cream glaze which displays a scrolled maroon border with floral vignettes and a central bouquet emblem. The pieces are marked ‘Sunshine Reg SOL 391413 J & G Meakin England’ to the underside.
